To help celebrate Cheltenham's annual food and drink festival in Montpellier Gardens, the Ruby Restaurant is taking a stand to showcase our Cantonese cuisine. We look forward to seeing you at this event and serving you with some of our popular dishes.
On Sunday 20 June 2010 (from 12pm to 12.45pm) the Ruby's Head Chef, Fong Fong, will demonstrate his innovative cooking skills and original recipes. Trained in Hong Kong, Fong Fong uses only the freshest ingredients to create his delicious Oriental cuisine.
